At Viante Health, we support people in taking care of their health in a holistic way. By using our website, courses, products and/or services, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
We recommend reading them carefully before using any part of our offering.

Viante Health is a trade name of Interbright, located at François HaverSchmidtwei 2, 8914 BC Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 58489843.

2. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, deliveries and services provided by Viante Health, including the specific terms outlined in Appendix A, B, and C, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Offers and prices

• All offers are non-binding and subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices are clearly stated and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

• Viante Health reserves the right to adjust prices, products, or services at any time. For existing purchases, the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase remain valid.

4. Health disclaimer

• Viante Health provides supportive products, courses, and guidance focused on well-being and health, but we do not offer medical diagnoses or cures in a clinical or medical sense.

• Our products and services are intended as complementary support and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

• If you have any doubts about your health, always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare provider.

5. Use of services and content

• Purchased courses and/or personal guidance are strictly personal and may not be shared with third parties.

• It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use any materials (texts, images, audio, video, or other content) without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual property

• All content provided by Viante Health, including texts, images, videos, audio, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights.

• Without explicit written consent, it is not allowed to reproduce, publish, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes.

7. Orders, payment, and access

• Orders become final once payment has been successfully completed.

• For digital products (such as online courses), the statutory right of withdrawal expires once access has been granted (see Appendix A).

• For physical products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon receipt, provided the product remains unopened and in its original condition (see Appendix B).

8. Liability

• The use of Viante Health’s products, courses, and advice is entirely at your own risk.

• Viante Health is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the information, products, or services provided, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

• In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

9. Privacy

Viante Health handles your personal data with care. For more information, see our separate Privacy Policy.

10. Force majeure

• In cases of force majeure — including but not limited to pandemics, technical disruptions, or illness — Viante Health may suspend its obligations or terminate the agreement without being liable for damages.

11. Governing law and disputes

• All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

• In case of a dispute, we aim to resolve it through mutual consultation or mediation.

• If necessary, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Viante Health is based.

Appendix A – Specific Terms for Online Courses

These terms apply to all online courses offered by Viante Health.

1. Access and Use
After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased online course.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only.
Access may be time-limited (e.g., 3 months), as stated at the time of purchase.

2. Content and Intellectual Property
All course content, including texts, images, audio, videos, and other materials, is the property of Viante Health and protected by copyright laws.
It is not permitted to copy, download, distribute, publish, or commercially use any part of the course without written permission.
Any technical protection measures may not be bypassed.

3. Right of Withdrawal
By receiving immediate access to the online course, you agree that the legal right of withdrawal is waived.
Refunds are not possible once access has been granted.

4. Liability
Viante Health makes every effort to ensure its courses are carefully compiled and kept up to date.
Viante Health is not liable for any consequences resulting from errors or omissions in the course content.

5. Changes and Updates
Viante Health reserves the right to modify, improve, or update courses at any time without the obligation to retain previous versions.

6. Termination of Access
If you violate these terms, such as by unauthorized sharing of materials, your access may be terminated immediately without the right to a refund.

7. Other Provisions
These specific terms are also governed by Dutch law.

Appendix B – Specific Terms for Products

These terms apply to the sale and delivery of physical products by Viante Health, such as tinctures and other items.

1. Ordering and Delivery
Orders are processed after successful payment.
Viante Health aims to ship products within the stated delivery time. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

2. Right of Withdrawal
For physical products, a 14-day withdrawal period applies after receipt.
During this period, you may cancel the agreement without giving a reason.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Products that have been opened or whose seals have been broken are excluded from withdrawal due to health and hygiene reasons.

3. Return Procedure
Return requests must be submitted via email within the withdrawal period.
After notification, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned products are received and checked, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

4. Use and Responsibility
All products must be used according to the instructions on the label or as advised by Viante Health.
Viante Health is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use.
Viante Health products are intended as complementary support and not as a substitute for medical treatment.

5. Liability
Any compensation is limited to the purchase amount.
Viante Health is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or lost profits.

6. Other Provisions
These specific terms are also governed by Dutch law.

Appendix C – Specific Terms for Personal Guidance

These terms apply to all forms of personal guidance offered by Viante Health.

1. Application and Intake
Personal guidance begins after the intake form has been completed and submitted.
A personalized recommendation is created based on the intake form.
The guidance is provided entirely in digital form.

2. Nature of the Advice
Advice from Viante Health is intended as complementary support and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.
You remain fully responsible for following any advice and for seeking conventional medical help when necessary.

3. No Guarantee of Results
Viante Health cannot guarantee that the advice will lead to a specific outcome, as individual circumstances may vary.
The guidance is based on the best available knowledge and experience but remains advisory in nature.

4. Cancellation and Refund
Purchased guidance cannot be cancelled or refunded once the intake has been received and processing has begun.
If Viante Health is unable to provide the guidance, the full amount paid will be refunded.

5. Processing Time and Evaluations
The processing time for the intake and preparation of the recommendation is a maximum of 10 working days.
Any interim evaluations take place via a new intake form, followed by additional advice.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
All information provided is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. See also the Viante Health Privacy Policy.

7. Liability
Viante Health is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of its advice, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Any compensation is limited to the amount paid for the guidance.

8. Other Provisions
These specific terms are also governed by Dutch law.
