Shipping and Delivery
At Viante Health, we ensure that your order is handled with care and processed promptly. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping and delivery terms for both physical products and digital services.
1. Order processing
Physical product orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping methods for physical products
Physical products, such as our tinctures, are shipped within the European Union (EU) using a reliable parcel service. With each shipment, you’ll automatically receive a track & trace code to follow your package. We work with different carriers depending on the destination and current availability.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95 per order. Orders over €50 within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. For other EU countries, shipping costs €12.95 per order. Orders over €100 within the EU are shipped free of charge. Exact shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout.
4. Delivery times
Within the Netherlands, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days after shipment. For other EU countries, delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
5. International shipping
We currently only ship physical products within the European Union (EU). Shipping to non-EU countries is not available at this time. Import duties or customs fees are generally not applicable within the EU. If such charges do occur, they are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery of digital products (courses and guidance)
Online courses and personal guidance are delivered fully digitally. After successful payment, you’ll receive an email within a few minutes to a few hours with further instructions and/or login details. No shipping fees apply to digital products.
7. Not home during delivery
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt of a physical product, the package will usually be delivered to a neighbor or a nearby pick-up point. Please check your track & trace code for details.
8. Delayed delivery
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, high carrier volume or other factors beyond our control. If you have not received your physical order within 10 business days, please contact us at support@viantehealth.com.
9. Incorrect address details
Please check your address details carefully when placing your order. Viante Health is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
