1. Right of Withdrawal for Products
– You have the right to cancel your order of physical products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
– For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

3. Courses and Personal Guidance
– For digital products (such as online courses), the legal right of withdrawal expires once access has been granted.
– For personal guidance, no cancellation or refund is possible once we have received your intake form and started processing your request.
– By purchasing a course or guidance plan, you expressly agree to this condition.

4. Requesting a Return
– You must request a return within the 14-day period by emailing support@viantehealth.com.
– Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.

5. Returning the Product
– After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
– Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
– The return address will be provided after you notify us of your return.
– You are responsible for ensuring safe and correct return delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds
– Once we have received the returned product in good condition, your payment (excluding any shipping fees) will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used.
– If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we may apply a reduction in value.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Delivery
– If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@viantehealth.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
