At Viante Health, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we clearly explain how our return process works — for products, courses and personal guidance.

Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. Digital Products

  1. Our products consist exclusively of digital content, including Recovery Plans (with or without Q&A support), online courses, and downloadable modules.
  2. According to EU law, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content expires once access has been granted or once we have started processing your intake form for a Recovery Plan.
  3. By purchasing a Recovery Plan, Q&A package, or course, you expressly agree that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.

2. Recovery Plans and Q&A Support

  1. Once we have received your intake form and started preparing your Recovery Plan, cancellation or refund is no longer possible.
  2. If your plan includes Q&A support, the number of questions and the access period are limited as stated at the time of purchase. No refunds are provided for unused questions or expired access.

3. Courses and Modules

  1. Access to courses or modules is personal and non-transferable.
  2. Refunds are not possible once access has been provided.

4. Incorrect Access or Technical Issues

  1. If you experience technical problems or have received incorrect access, please contact us immediately at
    support@viantehealth.com.
  2. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by restoring access or providing the correct product.

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are only possible if Viante Health is unable to deliver the purchased digital product.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used.
