What the plan is and how it works

The Personal Recovery Plan is a custom-made health plan created specifically for you, based on your intake. It’s not a generic set of tips, but a daily guide designed around your energy, your symptoms, and your current capacity. It helps you restore balance using rhythm, food, rest, simple techniques, and, if helpful, natural supplements. Everything is explained in a clear and practical way, so you know what to do and why it matters.

You’ll receive a personal plan that supports you throughout your day — morning, afternoon, and evening. It includes tailored food advice, techniques to calm your system, practical suggestions for rhythm and rest, and a clear explanation of any supplements or tinctures we might recommend. You’ll also have access to a secure online space where you can set reminders, track your progress, and read extra guidance when needed.

Included in your plan are three support check-ins — moments where you can reach out, ask questions, or share anything you’re experiencing. These can be practical, emotional, or reflective. You choose what you want to share and when, and we’ll respond personally.

The plan is written specifically for you. We don’t just look at symptoms — we take your lifestyle, energy patterns, sensitivities, and what you’ve already tried into account. Even if someone else has the same diagnosis, your plan will likely look different, because it’s based on you as a whole person. This is not a standard format or algorithm — it’s a human-to-human process.

Yes, the plan is designed to support you through small daily actions. That might include taking supplements, using a calming technique, eating warm meals, or creating gentle structure in your day. It doesn’t take hours, and it doesn’t have to be perfect — but repetition matters. If you follow the plan regularly, even in a simple way, you’ll start to notice a shift.

Who it’s for

Not at all. Many people who start the plan do have symptoms like fatigue, tension, or inner restlessness — but that’s not a requirement. Some just feel off-track and want to reconnect with themselves. Others want to prevent burnout or simply support their system in a more natural way. The plan meets you where you are, whether you’re recovering from something or looking to deepen your sense of balance.

We hear this often. Many of our clients come to us after trying diets, supplements, or therapies that didn’t really change much. The difference here is that we don’t give you more to do — we help you understand what matters most, and how to apply that in a way that actually fits your life. Everything is personal, realistic, and designed to be sustainable. That’s often what makes the difference, especially when you’ve already tried a lot.

Yes. The plan was made with that in mind. It’s not a long to-do list — it’s a gentle rhythm you can fit into a normal day. Even if you only have small pockets of time, you’ll find suggestions you can realistically apply. You can also set reminders to support your new rhythm, so it doesn’t rely on willpower. The goal is not to do more, but to do what helps — consistently and calmly.

Yes, absolutely. We ask about what you’re already doing during the intake, so we can make sure everything fits together. If something’s working for you, you can keep using it. The plan isn’t meant to replace other treatments — it’s there to support and strengthen your overall direction. Everything we recommend is meant to work with your system, not add pressure or create conflict.

Yes. The plan is tailored to the individual — not their gender, age, or personality type. Whether you’re male or female, highly sensitive or more physical, younger or older, the recommendations are always based on your intake and your specific needs.

Yes, and it’s often exactly what people like you need. The plan is built on gentle structure, calming techniques, and choices that support your nervous system without overloading it. Everything is explained clearly, and you can take it at your own pace. You don’t have to do it all — small steps make a real difference when repeated with care.

Yes. This plan isn’t about belief — it’s about recovery. We use insights from Chinese medicine, but everything is explained in clear, practical terms. You don’t need to be into anything spiritual, and you won’t be asked to believe in vague ideas. What you’ll get is calm structure, natural support, and everyday tools to help you feel more grounded. That’s it.

Supplements, tinctures, and choices

No, absolutely not. Everything we recommend is optional. If we suggest a supplement or tincture, it’s because we think it could really support your system — not because it’s required. Some people order through our webshop, others prefer to start with rhythm and food first, or find similar products elsewhere. What matters most is that you feel comfortable with your choices.

That’s completely fine. If you prefer not to take anything, or if your body reacts easily, we’ll take that into account. The plan itself is still valuable — with or without supplements. We’ll always explain what a product does and why we might suggest it. You decide what feels right for you.

You can, but we strongly recommend using at least one of the supplements or tinctures we suggest. They are carefully chosen to match your situation and can make a big difference in how quickly and deeply your system recovers. The plan is designed to work even without them, but food and rhythm alone often take longer to bring the same results. If you’re unsure, you can start small — one well-chosen tincture, combined with the daily steps in the plan, often gives a noticeable shift within weeks.

Progress, support & follow-up

Yes. You’ll get three personal contact moments included in your plan. You can use them however you like — for questions, doubts, updates or simply sharing how things are going.

You’ll receive a short evaluation in your final week. If you want a follow-up plan, you can request one directly — and you’ll receive a discount if you ask within three days of completing your first plan.

That’s totally fine. Inside your client portal, you’ll find three built-in contact moments — you can use them for anything: questions, feedback, or sharing how it’s going. You can also message us directly at any time through your personal space. And even after your plan ends, you’re always welcome to request a new one.

Doubts & fit

That really depends. Some people feel a shift after just a few days — like sleeping more deeply or feeling slightly calmer. For others it takes longer. Healing isn’t always linear, and the changes aren’t always dramatic. Sometimes it starts with small things: you remember to eat warm food, your body feels less tense, or your energy dips feel more manageable. If you follow the plan regularly, even in a gentle way, you’ll start to notice something change.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. With your plan, you get three personal support check-ins where you can ask anything — practical, emotional, or just what’s on your mind. You decide what you share and when. You can book these moments whenever it suits you. Alongside that, your plan includes clear explanations for everything — so you’ll always understand what you’re doing and why it matters.

That’s okay. This plan isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about finding a rhythm that supports you, even when life is messy. There may be days when nothing goes to plan, and that’s fine. The structure is there to come back to. You can use the reminders, checklists, or simply start again the next day. Gentle consistency matters more than perfection.

Then you’re welcome to request a follow-up plan at any time. If your situation hasn’t changed much, we’ll build on what you’ve already started. If things have shifted, we’ll look at what’s needed now. Most people notice that after a few weeks, they’re ready for a next step — sometimes deeper, sometimes lighter. If you’ve completed a previous plan, you’ll also receive a discount on any follow-up.

That’s part of the process. Change isn’t always permanent after four weeks — and that’s okay. If things drift a bit, you can return to your plan at any time. Everything stays available in your online space, and the tools will still work. You can also request a new plan when you’re ready for a fresh start. Healing isn’t about staying perfect, but about knowing how to come back to yourself.

Sometimes a few weeks is enough to shift things. Sometimes it takes longer. If your symptoms haven’t fully resolved, but you feel that something is starting to change — that’s a good sign. We can build on that. Many people choose to continue with a follow-up plan, especially when deeper patterns need more time. You don’t have to rush, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

That’s a fair question, especially if you’re already tired or overstimulated. The plan is designed to be calm and manageable — not one more thing to push through. We look at your energy, your rhythm, and what you can realistically carry. Most people find it surprisingly gentle. You don’t have to do everything at once. Even small, repeated steps can make a big difference.
You might not know for sure, and that’s okay. Often, it’s more a feeling than a checklist. Maybe you’re tired of trying too hard. Maybe you just want to come back to yourself. If something about this plan speaks to you — even quietly — that’s usually a sign it can help. You don’t need to be convinced. You just need to be ready to try something that’s honest, realistic, and built around you.

Practical details

Yes. You’ll have access to your plan online, but if you prefer working offline, that’s no problem. You can print the plan, use a notebook, or create your own version with simple paper reminders. Many people do it this way — especially if they’re trying to reduce screen time. What matters most is that the rhythm fits your life, not how you access it.

You’ll have access to your personal plan and secure online space for at least 3 months. That gives you plenty of time to follow it at your own pace, revisit it, or take breaks if needed. If you decide to request a follow-up later, your access can easily be extended.

Yes. Your intake and personal data are stored securely within a professional platform (Practice Better), designed specifically for health providers. We don’t share your information with anyone, and it’s only used to create your plan and support your process.

Yes, you can. If you’d like to give the plan to a friend, family member, or partner, just contact us. We’ll make sure everything is set up properly in their name — including the intake, guidance, and access to the platform.

No, you choose your own starting date during the intake. We won’t begin anything until that day. Once your date arrives, your plan and daily guidance will start automatically.
