What the plan is and how it works

The Personal Recovery Plan is a custom-made health plan created specifically for you, based on your intake. It’s not a generic set of tips, but a daily guide designed around your energy, your symptoms, and your current capacity. It helps you restore balance using rhythm, food, rest, simple techniques, and, if helpful, natural supplements. Everything is explained in a clear and practical way, so you know what to do and why it matters.

You’ll receive a personalised recovery plan that guides you through your day — morning, afternoon and evening.

It includes:

  • Tailored nutrition advice to support lower cortisol
  • Practical daily rhythm & lifestyle guidance
  • Techniques to calm your system and restore balance
  • Clear explanations of any supplements or tinctures we might recommend

Your full plan (30–50 pages) is delivered securely in a private, encrypted folder. You can view it online or download a printable version.

If you choose the Guided Plan, you can also submit up to 5 Q&A forms within 30 days to ask personal questions. Each reply is tailored to your plan and delivered securely alongside your documents.

The plan is written specifically for you. We don’t just look at symptoms — we take your lifestyle, energy patterns, sensitivities, and what you’ve already tried into account. Even if someone else has the same diagnosis, your plan will likely look different, because it’s based on you as a whole person. This is not a standard format or algorithm — it’s a human-to-human process.

Yes, the plan is designed to support you through small daily actions. That might include taking supplements, using a calming technique, eating warm meals, or creating gentle structure in your day. It doesn’t take hours, and it doesn’t have to be perfect — but repetition matters. If you follow the plan regularly, even in a simple way, you’ll start to notice a shift.

Who it’s for

Not at all. Many people who start the plan do have symptoms like fatigue, tension, or inner restlessness — but that’s not a requirement. Some just feel off-track and want to reconnect with themselves. Others want to prevent burnout or simply support their system in a more natural way. The plan meets you where you are, whether you’re recovering from something or looking to deepen your sense of balance.

We hear this often. Many of our clients come to us after trying diets, supplements, or therapies that didn’t really change much. The difference here is that we don’t give you more to do — we help you understand what matters most, and how to apply that in a way that actually fits your life. Everything is personal, realistic, and designed to be sustainable. That’s often what makes the difference, especially when you’ve already tried a lot.

Yes. The plan was made with that in mind. It’s not a long to-do list — it’s a gentle rhythm you can fit into a normal day. Even if you only have small pockets of time, you’ll find suggestions you can realistically apply. You can also set reminders to support your new rhythm, so it doesn’t rely on willpower. The goal is not to do more, but to do what helps — consistently and calmly.

Yes, absolutely. We ask about what you’re already doing during the intake, so we can make sure everything fits together. If something’s working for you, you can keep using it. The plan isn’t meant to replace other treatments — it’s there to support and strengthen your overall direction. Everything we recommend is meant to work with your system, not add pressure or create conflict.

Yes. The plan is tailored to the individual — not their gender, age, or personality type. Whether you’re male or female, highly sensitive or more physical, younger or older, the recommendations are always based on your intake and your specific needs.

Yes, and it’s often exactly what people like you need. The plan is built on gentle structure, calming techniques, and choices that support your nervous system without overloading it. Everything is explained clearly, and you can take it at your own pace. You don’t have to do it all — small steps make a real difference when repeated with care.

Yes, you can follow the plan, since the focus is on rhythm, food, and natural techniques. If supplements are suggested, we’ll always indicate what is safe — and we recommend checking with your midwife or doctor before starting anything new.

Yes. This plan isn’t about belief — it’s about recovery. We use insights from Chinese medicine, but everything is explained in clear, practical terms. You don’t need to be into anything spiritual, and you won’t be asked to believe in vague ideas. What you’ll get is calm structure, natural support, and everyday tools to help you feel more grounded. That’s it.

Supplements, tinctures, and choices

No, you don’t. The plan is designed to be valuable on its own — with rhythm, food, lifestyle and techniques you can apply every day.

If your intake shows it’s useful, we may suggest gentle supplements, tinctures or teas. We’ll always explain what they do and why they could help, but it’s up to you whether you use them.

Progress, support & follow-up

That depends on the plan you choose.

  • With the Basic Plan, you follow your recovery plan independently.
  • With the Guided Plan, you can submit up to 5 Q&A forms within 30 days. Each reply is personal and tailored to your plan.

Your plan doesn’t suddenly stop. One month is the foundation — a starting point to reset your rhythm.

After that, you have two options:

  1. Continue independently with the guidance you already have.
  2. Request a follow-up plan if your situation has shifted. We’ll send you a short intake to see whether continuing as is, or moving into the next phase, will support you best.

If you’d like a follow-up, simply email us at recoveryplan@viantehealth.com

Doubts & fit

That really depends. Some people feel a shift after just a few days — like sleeping more deeply or feeling slightly calmer. For others it takes longer. Healing isn’t always linear, and the changes aren’t always dramatic. Sometimes it starts with small things: you remember to eat warm food, your body feels less tense, or your energy dips feel more manageable. If you follow the plan regularly, even in a gentle way, you’ll start to notice something change.

That’s okay. This plan isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about finding a rhythm that supports you, even when life is messy. There may be days when nothing goes to plan, and that’s fine. The structure is there to come back to. You can use the reminders, checklists, or simply start again the next day. Gentle consistency matters more than perfection.

That’s part of the process. Change isn’t always permanent after four weeks — and that’s okay. If things drift a bit, you can return to your plan at any time. Everything stays available in your online space, and the tools will still work. You can also request a new plan when you’re ready for a fresh start. Healing isn’t about staying perfect, but about knowing how to come back to yourself.

Sometimes a few weeks is enough to shift things. Sometimes it takes longer. If your symptoms haven’t fully resolved, but you feel that something is starting to change — that’s a good sign. We can build on that. Many people choose to continue with a follow-up plan, especially when deeper patterns need more time. You don’t have to rush, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

That’s a fair question, especially if you’re already tired or overstimulated. The plan is designed to be calm and manageable — not one more thing to push through. We look at your energy, your rhythm, and what you can realistically carry. Most people find it surprisingly gentle. You don’t have to do everything at once. Even small, repeated steps can make a big difference.
You might not know for sure, and that’s okay. Often, it’s more a feeling than a checklist. Maybe you’re tired of trying too hard. Maybe you just want to come back to yourself. If something about this plan speaks to you — even quietly — that’s usually a sign it can help. You don’t need to be convinced. You just need to be ready to try something that’s honest, realistic, and built around you.
