At Viante Health, we ensure that your order is handled with care and processed promptly. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping and delivery terms for both physical products and digital services.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Order Processing

At Viante Health, all products and services are delivered digitally. Orders are processed automatically after successful payment.
You will receive confirmation by email within a few minutes to a few hours.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

  1. Recovery Plans are prepared and delivered as PDF documents via our client portal and/or email.
  2. If your purchase includes Q&A support, access is provided through our designated digital platform for a period of three (3) months from the start date of your plan.
  3. Online courses and modules are delivered through a secure learning environment or client portal. Login details and instructions will be sent by email.
  4. No shipping costs apply to digital products.

3. Processing Time for Recovery Plans

Recovery Plans are delivered within a maximum of 10 business days after we have received your completed intake form.
In practice, most plans are delivered sooner. You will be notified once your plan is available.

4. Technical Access

  1. If you do not receive your login details or access email within 24 hours after payment, please check your spam folder first.
  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@viantehealth.com and we will restore your access promptly.

5. Delayed Delivery

While we aim to deliver all digital products and services on time, unforeseen technical issues or high demand may cause delays.
If you have not received your Recovery Plan within 10 business days, please contact us.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly during checkout. Viante Health is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete email details provided by the client.
