Personal data we process

We process your personal data when you use our services or provide this information yourself. We collect, among other things:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Payment details
  • IP address
  • Data about your activity on our website
  • Information entered via intake forms for Recovery Plans and Q&A support, including health, lifestyle and wellbeing data

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Via intake forms you may voluntarily provide sensitive data, such as:

  • Health information
  • Lifestyle-related information

We only process this data:

  • With your explicit consent
  • For the specific purpose you provided it (e.g., preparing your Recovery Plan / Q&A)

We only request information necessary for intake and plan preparation.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Processing orders and payments
  • Providing access to courses, digital products and client portal
  • Preparing Recovery Plans and handling related Q&A
  • Improving our services and website
  • Sending service emails
  • Sending newsletters and marketing communication (only if you have actively opted in; see below)

Legal bases include: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and/or your explicit consent (for special categories and marketing).

Marketing communication

We only send newsletters and marketing communication if you have given explicit consent (opt-in).
You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at
privacy@viantehealth.com.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Retention periods

  • Invoice and payment data: 7 years (tax obligation)
  • Intake forms and plan/Q&A records: up to 2 years after completion, unless legally required longer
  • Marketing data: up to 2 years or until consent is withdrawn

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only share data when necessary, such as with:

  • Payment providers
  • Hosting and cloud services
  • Email and communication platforms
  • Learning environments or client portal providers

We sign data processing agreements with all processors. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

International transfers

If data is processed outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where required, additional measures) to protect your data according to EU standards.
