Ik had al maanden last van overprikkeling en slapen lukte ook niet meer goed. M’n hoofd ging maar door. Van alles geprobeerd, niks werkte echt. Dit plan gaf me iets wat ik niet eerder had gehad: overzicht en rust. Het zit goed in elkaar. Niet alleen tips, maar ook uitleg waarom dingen werken. Na een paar weken merkte ik dat ik rustiger wakker werd, minder gejaagd. Dat had ik al heel lang niet meer gevoeld.
